These Terms apply to your use of the Site itself. If you engage us for advisory or M&A services, that work is governed separately by a signed engagement agreement between you and Market Solutions LLC, which controls over these Terms in the event of any conflict regarding an actual engagement.

Availability and scope of services described on the Site are subject to change and are not guaranteed by your form submission.

Market Solutions provides management consulting and M&A advisory services. Information presented on the Site is general and provided for informational purposes only. It is not, and should not be relied upon as, specific business, legal, tax, financial, or investment advice for your particular situation.
