Market Solutions LLC (“Market Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website marketsolutions.net (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We do not collect payment information through the Site. If you engage us for advisory services, any billing details are handled separately under your engagement agreement.

Automatically collected information. Like most websites, our Site may automatically log limited technical information when you visit – such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed – typically through our hosting provider’s standard server logs. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising tracking pixels on the Site.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and follow up on your interest in our services
  • Understand your situation and determine whether our advisory and M&A services are a fit
  • Schedule and conduct an initial consultation

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate our business, specifically with:

  • Netlify, Inc. – the platform that hosts our Site and processes form submissions.
  • GoDaddy – the email service where form submissions and correspondence are received and managed.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our legal rights, or in connection with a sale or transfer of business assets, in which case this Privacy Policy would continue to apply to your information under the new ownership.

6. Data Retention

We retain inquiry and client information for as long as needed to respond to your request, service your engagement if you become a client, and comply with our legal and accounting obligations.

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect the information you provide, including relying on the security infrastructure of our hosting and email providers. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have certain rights under California law, including the right to:
